About University

It was founded in 1947 in the southern part of Dalian city, China by Mao Ze Dong.

CCMU provides excellent international exchange programs. It has partnerships and agreements with many universities and institutions with more than 20 countries and regions, supporting activities such as faculty and student exchange programs, joint education and joint research projects. Dalian Medical University offers a chiefly 5-year training program for medical students and a 3-year program for graduate students.

The university has over 9,000 enrolled students. CCMU provides a wide range of educational programs for Doctorates, Masters, Bachelors and certificates.Dalian Medical University has 12 colleges, 4 teaching departments, 3 divisions and 33 off-campus teaching bases, offering 58 major courses.

Over 4,400 faculty, staff, doctors and nurses in the university, among whom about 500 are professors and about 510 are associate professors, including over 500 Ph.D. and M.S. supervisors.

DMU has established collaborative relationships with 75 universities and 38 research institutions in 27 countries.

Affiliated hospitals have been authorized as first-rank hospitals with all advanced levels in its every respective fields of medicine study.

In addition, in 1st year, a One Time Charge of RMB 600/- (Rs. 6,180/-) is payable to the University. Food & personal Expenses approx RMB 5,000/- per year.

The above Universities are approved by Medical Council of India (MCI), WHO, IMED etc. and the course is taught in English Medium.
