About the University

Sumy State University (SSU) is situated in Sumy city in North-East of Ukraine and is a leading higher education establishment of the region of a classical type with a higher accreditation level. The University history started in 1948.

Sumy State University (SSU) conducts training on 60 specialties of 40 areas and 23 fields of knowledge (computer science; informatics; applied mathematics; mechanics; automatics and controlling; electronics; nanotechnology; electrical engineering; energetics; mechanical engineering; materials science; chemical engineering; ecology; quality, standardization, certification; economics and business; management; medicine; law; journalism; translation etc.

More than 16 thousand students (among which about 13500 students of Bachelor, Master or PhD programs) are getting their education on different studying forms, educational and qualified levels. According to the worldwide Internet rating Webometrics SSU takes 11th position among Ukrainian institutes of higher education (in July, 2013). According to the 4ICU (International Colleges & Universities) which is simultaneously searching system and international catalogue of higher education institutes (in July, 2013), SSU takes 14thposition among Ukrainian institutes of higher education

International Activities

SSU is a signatory of Magna Charta Universitatum and a member of the International Association of Universities, the European University Association, the Euroasian Universities Association and other international organizations. About 1250 foreign students from more than 50 countries, including the USA, Western Europe, Australia, all regions of Africa and Asia, are studying at SSU.

1st Year Fees + One Time Charge 4000 USD+1500 USD = 5500 USD 350 USD + 150 USD = 500 USD 6000 USD RS.3,57,500 (approx.)
2nd to 6th year Fees 4000 USD 350 USD + 150 USD = 500 USD 4500 USD RS2,92,000(approx.)

Total Fees includes Tuition Fee and Hostel Fee & Medical Ins. Total fee for 6 years Rs. 18,20,000 (approx.) From 2nd year Tuition Fees also can be paid on half yearly / yearly basis as convenient to the parents. (1 USD = 65 Rupees)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1.Univesity fees includes study material,exams & Laboratory Fees, No extra charges
  • 2. Air port transfer from Kiev to other cities may be approx 100 - 150 $
  • 3. Medical checkup in Ukraine extra,
  • 4.1$ = 65 INR for calculation purpose
  • 5. if any variation in $ rates current rates are applied.
  • 6. The above mentioned Fees is for calculation purpose & student will have to pay the fees actually mentioned in admission letter or changes if any whatever given by University
  • 7. VISA Processing, Documentation ,Air ticket ,airport drop and pickup ,consultancy service Charges – 1,45,000=00

    Rs. - 20000 1st instalments at Registration time ( Admission Letter in 3-7 days)

    Rs - 50000 2nd instalment at visa processing

    Rs – 75000 at the before Departure
